Dmytro MOGILENETS
I'm a director, cinematographer, editing director, and artist. I've worked on numerous fiction, documentary, and new media projects in Ukraine, Austria, France, Germany and UK.
Since the beginning of russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, I joined the independent documentary collective Babylon'13 and since then shot, directed, and edited over 10 short documentaries and keep working on full-length documentary project on the realities of the war-torn Ukraine.

BABYLON’13 is a documentary film collective that is possible only in civil society.
We got together after the violent dispersal of students on Independence Square in November 2013. Over the years, we have created more than 400 films that were published on social networks without attribution.

The City of the Sun and Reinforced Concrete follows artists in the frontline city of Kharkiv during the 2022 Russian-Ukrainian war - exploring what they do, their inner thoughts, and the art they create - all while being under constant rocket attacks for more than a year.
